They respected me as the homeowner and were willing to answer any of my questions without acting like I was being a nuisance. And when I needed to come and go, they cleaned off my steps so I didn't have to jump down and climb up the side of the porch. I did say they didn't need to go through the trouble of cleaning off the steps, but before I was even done saying that, They already had it cleared off for me. I was so personally pleased with this, because I do have a rod in my back and it really would have been hard and embarrassing for me to do that. Thank you all so much!
